I added the photo and caption of the East-West Highway bridge and the adjacent home, as seen from the trail, in the middle of the discussion of impact 2), and also referred to that new photo in the discussion of impact 4). I also did some minor editing of sentence structure in the discussion of impact 2) for better flow. There were no other substantive changes.
